The 100% Online workshop is now available. You can to access the workshop at anytime from home. Once you have signed up, the full content will be available for you to view and read.
A multiple choice exam will be administered at the end of the workshop.

- “injury-free” strategies for upper extremity, lower extremity and spine
- Anatomical and motor knowledge for optimal alignment
- Methodology and choreography of Visceral Mat work
- Practical teaching proficiency with technical skill and group teaching practice
FINAL TEACHING EXAM
Students are required to successfully complete an online-based multiple choice test based on the content covered in the workshop.
PREREQUISITES
- One year of Pilates or Yoga personal practice
- Any type of teaching experience is a plus
- Physically and mentally fit for the 9 hour workshop

Online teacher training certificate.
